摘 要:以北京市某电力隧道工程项目为例,研究了隧道在开挖过程中如何保证邻近高压铁塔安全的技术方案,给出了加强隧道初衬结构、袖阀管跟踪注浆、隔离桩保护三个方案,并对以上方案进行了详细分析与介绍,最终采用加强隧道初衬结构与隔离桩保护相结合的方案。通过运用PLAXIS2D有限元软件,分析了设置隔离桩后,隧道开挖对高压铁塔的基础影响,并结合现场监测数据,验证了所采取的技术方案能够满足工程需要、保证工程安全。Taking an electric power tunnel project in Beijing as an example,the technical scheme of how to ensure the safety of the near high voltage iron tower in the tunnel excavation was studied,three schemes of strengthening the initial lining structure of tunnel,sleeve valve pipe tracking grouting and isolation pile protection can be selected,the above schemes were analyzed and introduced in detail.Finally,the scheme to strengthen initial lining structure of tunnel combined with the on-site protection of isolation pile was adopted.Through the use of PLAXIS 2D finite element software,the influence of tunnel excavation on the foundation of high voltage iron tower was analyzed after installation of the isolation pile.Combining with the on-site monitoring data,it is verified that the adopted technical scheme can meet the needs of the project and ensure the safety of the project.
