摘　　要：通过分析城市轨道交通快线的概念、基本布局形态,以及当前中国城市轨道交通快线发展现状和规划建设中存在的问题,明确轨道交通快线的研究目的。通过回顾国际发达国家城市轨道交通快线发展历程,总结规划建设经验,从发展模式、建设标准、运营组织等方面提出中国城市轨道交通快线规划的技术要领。轨道交通快线规划应考虑不同服务范围的差异性,选择适宜的发展模式和布局形态;轨道交通快线建设不应过于追求出行时间目标,应结合客流特征分析,选择合适的车速和站间距,合理设置配线,为运营组织预留灵活性。This study analyzes the concept and basic layout of an urban express railway and the current development status of China’s urban express railway and the problems in planning and construction to clarify the purpose of research on urban express railways. Furthermore, it reviews the development history of urban express railways in developed countries, summarizes the experience of planning and construction, and proposes the technical essentials of China’s urban express railway planning from the aspects of development models, construction standards, and operation organization. Urban express railway planning should consider the differences of service areas and select the appropriate development mode and layout form. Urban express railway construction should not be too focused on travel time objectives and should incorporate passenger flow characteristic analysis to select the appropriate speed and station distance. A reasonable rail track layout should be set up, and flexibility for the railway operation organization should be reserved.
