摘　　要：岸边集装箱起重机挂舱保护系统能检测并避免挂舱事故,保障其作业安全。基于质量传感器的挂舱保护设定,通过分析挂舱过程中钢丝绳的受力变化,优化合适的挂舱保护程序阈值,利用已有的质量传感器系统及主程序控制系统,增设逻辑保护程序,达到挂舱保护的目的。The spreader snag protection system of quayside container cranes can detect and avoid spreader snag accident,and can guarantee safety in operation.According to settings of spreader sang protection of a mass sensor,changes on stress wire ropes during spreader snag are analyzed,threshold values of suitable spreader snag protection program are optimized,the existing quality sensor system and main program control system are used,and logical protection programs are added to prevent spreader snag accidents from happening.
