摘　　要：本文立足于体质学说及相关证型研究,综合探讨功能性消化不良的体质特征、病因病机及症候分型,系统阐述功能性消化不良与偏颇体质的关系,并选用中药、膳食、中医特色疗法等方法进行全面有效的预防和调治。围绕“体质辨识-调整体质-论治功能性消化不良”这一核心思想,将辨体辨证的优势特点相结合,为功能性消化不良的诊治提供新思路,丰富发展中医特色的预防及诊疗优势。Based on the study of constitution theory and related syndromes,this paper comprehensively discusses the constitution characteristics,etiology,pathogenesis and syndrome classification of functional dyspepsia,systematically expounds the relationship between functional dyspepsia and biased physique,and selects traditional Chinese medicine,diet,traditional Chinese medicine characteristic therapy and other methods for comprehensive and effective prevention and treatment.Focusing on the core idea of“constitution identification-adjustment constitution-treatment of functional dyspepsia”,combining the advantages and characteristics of body differentiation and differentiation,it provides a new idea for the diagnosis and treatment of functional dyspepsia.Enrich the development of traditional Chinese medicine characteristics of prevention and diagnosis and treatment advantages.
