摘　　要：在新时代高等教育高质量发展的背景下,经济社会和中医药产业更加需要中医药管理相关的复合型人才。本文剖析了新时代高等教育高质量发展的深刻内涵,从“一带一路”倡议、中医药现代化以及中医药产业发展催生的需求角度分析了中医药管理人才培养的机遇。同时本文从人才培养模式、人才培养内容和师资能力方面分析了培养中医药管理人才面临的挑战,提出加强中医思维、提升人才培养层次以及创新创业能力的对策建议。In the context of the high-quality development of higher education in the new era,the economic society and the traditional Chinese medicine industry need more compound talents related to the management of traditional Chinese medicine.This paper analyzes the profound connotation of the high-quality development of higher education in the new era,and analyzes the opportunities of traditional Chinese medicine management personnel training from the perspective of“One Belt And One Road”initiative,traditional Chinese medicine modernization and the demand generated by the development of traditional Chinese medicine industry.At the same time,this paper analyzes the challenges of training training traditional Chinese management talents from the aspects of talent training mode,talent training content and teacher ability,and puts forward countermeasures and suggestions to strengthen training traditional Chinese thinking,enhances talent training level and innovation and entrepreneurship ability.
