摘  要:对南开大学新校区燃气真空锅炉、土壤源热泵空调、燃气热泵空调3种供暖方式技术理论、施工设计等方面进行介绍,并采用费用年值法对运行成本和经济性进行比较.结果表明:若仅考虑供暖需求,则燃气真空锅炉的费用年值最低,是最为经济的选择;若同时考虑供暖和供冷需求,则土壤源热泵空调系统在运行成本和环保性能等方面优势明显.Three types of heating methods: gas vacuum boiler,ground source heat pump airconditioning and gas heat pump air-conditioning in the new campus of Nankai University are introduced from the aspects of the technology theory,construction design,etc. In additon,the comparison on operation cost and economic is conducted using annual cost method. The results show that if only consider the heating need,the annual cost of gas vacuum boiler is the lowest,which is the most economic. If consider both heating and cooling needs,the ground source heat pump airconditioning system has prominent advantages at operation cost and environmental protection performance.
