摘　　要：目的:探究经阴道三维超声对宫腔异常不孕症患者宫腔粘连诊断的影响。方法:60例宫腔异常不孕症宫腔粘连患者,均行阴道三维超声和宫腔镜检查,分析经阴道三维超声检查宫腔粘连分度和分型的效果。结果:经阴道三维超声粘连分度检查准确性为93.33%,灵敏度为95.00%;粘连分型检查准确性为95.00%,灵敏度为96.67%,均与宫腔镜金标准差异不显著(P>0.05)。经阴道三维超声轻、中、重度粘连检出率分别为93.33%、89.47%、96.15%,与宫腔镜检查相比较差异不显著(P>0.05)。经阴道三维超声单纯性颈管、宫腔内、混合型粘连检出率分别为94.44%、96.15%、93.75%,与宫腔镜检查相比较差异不显著(P>0.05)。结论:经阴道三维超声诊断宫腔异常不孕症患者宫腔粘连效果明显,值得推广。Objective:To investigate the effect of transvaginal three-dimensional ultrasound on the diagnosis of intrauterine adhesions in patients with uterine infertility.Methods:60 cases of uterine cavity adhesion with abnormal infertility were examined by vaginal three-dimensional ultrasound and hysteroscopy,and the results of grading and classification of uterine cavity adhesion were analyzed.Results:The accuracy and sensitivity were 93.33%and 95.00%respectively.The accuracy and sensitivity of adhesion typing were 95.00%and 96.67%,which were not significantly different from the gold standard of hysteroscopy(P>0.05).The detection rates of mild,moderate and severe adhesion by transvaginal three-dimensional ultrasound were 93.33%,89.47%and 96.15%,respectively,which were not significantly different from hysteroscopy(P>0.05).The detection rates of simple cervical canal,intrauterine intrauterine and mixed adhesions were 94.44%,96.15%and 93.75%,respectively,which were not significantly different from hysteroscopy(P>0.05).Conclusion:The effect of transvaginal three-dimensional ultrasound in the diagnosis of uterine cavity adhesion in patients with uterine infertility is obvious and worthy of promotion.
