MRI联合超声检查在剖宫产术后疤痕妊娠中的诊断价值

摘　　要：目的:研究MRI联合超声检查在剖宫产术后疤痕妊娠(cesareann scars pregnancy,CSP)中的诊断价值。方法:本研究选取我院2018年6月-2020年5月收治的43例疑似剖宫产术后子宫疤痕妊娠孕妇作为研究对象。分别对患者实施阴道彩超检查(纳入A组)、MRI检查(纳入B组)以及联合检查(纳入实验组)。对比分析三种检查方案对CSP的诊断价值。结果:A组诊断CSP敏感性为94.9%(37/39),特异性为50.0%(2/4),准确性为90.7%(39/43)。B组诊断CSP敏感性为89.7%(35/39),特异性为25.0%(2/4),准确性为83.7%(36/43)。实验组诊断CSP敏感性为97.5%(39/40),特异性为66.7%(2/3),准确性为95.3%(41/43)。结论:与阴道彩超、MRI单独诊断相比,联合诊断的敏感性、特异性以及准确性更高,MRI联合阴道彩超检查诊断CSP具有较高的临床应用价值。Objective:To study the MRI and ultrasound imaging of scar pregnancy after cesarean.The diagnostic value of Gender-based crimes(CSP).Methods:a total of 43 pregnant women with suspected uterine scar after cesarean section in our hospital from June 2018 to May 2020 were selected as study subjects.Vaginal color ultrasound(included in group A),MRI(included in group B)and combined examination(included in the experimental group)were performed on the patients,respectively.The diagnostic value of the three examination schemes for CSP was compared and analyzed.Results:The sensitivity,specificity and accuracy of CSP in group A were 94.9%(37/39),50.0%(2/4)and 90.7%(39/43)respectively.The sensitivity,specificity and accuracy of CSP in group B were 89.7%(35/39),25.0%(2/4)and 83.7%(36/43).The sensitivity,specificity and accuracy of CSP in the experimental group were 97.5%(39/40),66.7%(2/3)and 95.3%(41/43).Conclusion:The sensitivity,specificity and accuracy of combined diagnosis are higher than that of vaginal color ultrasound and MRI alone.The combined diagnosis of CSP with vaginal color ultrasound and MRI has a high clinical application value.
