铁路运输房建设备管理及日常维护工作的研究

摘　　要：随着铁路发展速度的不断提高,房建单位在铁路运输过程中的后勤保障工作越发重要,为了能够加强房建单位的工作效果,必须要对日常管理工作模式进行改革和调整,以此来满足铁路行业的高速发展需求。基于此,本文深入分析了铁路运输房建设备在管理和日常维护工作中存在的问题,并在此基础上提出了有效的解决措施,以此来提升铁路运输房建单位工作质量。With the continuous improvement of railway development speed,the logistics support work of housing construction units in the process of railway transportation is becoming more and more important.In order to strengthen the working effect of housing construction units,it is necessary to reform and adjust the daily management mode to meet the rapid development needs of the railway industry.Based on this,this paper deeply analyzes the problems existing in the management and daily maintenance of railway transportation housing construction equipment,and on this basis puts forward effective solutions to improve the working quality of railway transportation housing construction units.
