摘 要:本文主要研究了PET纳米纤维布与二氧化硅气凝胶复合材料的光学性能以及隔热性能。实验中将PET复合材料利用SEM观察其微观结构,热重分析仪观察其耐热温度,紫外分光光度计测量PET原始纳米纤维和PET复合材料在一定波长下的透过率。结果表明:SEM下已经观察到有部分二氧化硅气凝胶可以依附在PET纳米纤维上;热重曲线可以看出来PET复合材料相对于PET原始材料分解温度上有少幅度提升;分光光度计可以得出PET原始材料与PET复合材料在一定波长下的透过率,发现PET复合材料在可见光范围上的透过率相比于PET原始材料有部分下降。The optical and thermal insulation properties of PET nanofiber cloth and silica aerogel composites were studied in this paper.In the experiment,the microstructure of PET composite was observed by SEM,its heat resistance was observed by thermogravimetric analyzer,and the transmittance of PET original nanofibers and PET composite was measured by ultraviolet spectrophotometer at a certain wavelength.The results show that some silica aerogels can be attached to PET nanofibers under SEM.From the thermogravimetric curve,it can be seen that the decomposition temperature of PET composite material has a little increase compared with that of PET original material.The transmittance of the PET original material and the PET composite material under a certain wavelength can be obtained by spectrophotometer.It is found that the transmittance of the PET composite material in the visible range is partially decreased compared with that of the PET original material.
