摘 要:钢管桩作为水中基础在桥梁建设中发挥重要作用,在施工中常常出现打桩容易,拔桩难的情况。尤其当钢管桩作为现浇梁段支模架的桩基时,在桥梁完工后,由于作业空间小,拔除更加困难。通过分析钢管桩摩擦阻力特性,建立摩擦阻力计算公式,并结合工程实践,利用公式计算钢管桩摩擦阻力,设计拔桩施工方案,顺利实现有限空间内钢管桩拔桩作业。Steel-pipe pile,as a foundation in water,play an important role in bridge construction.However,It is easier to drive a pile than to pull it out,which always occurs in construction.Especially when the steel-pipe pile acts as the pile foundation of mould support at the cast-in-situ section,it is rather difficult to extract the pile after the bridge completion because of small working space.Through analyzing friction resistance properties of the steel-pipe pile,the paper establishes friction resistance calculating formula.Combining with engineering practice,it calculates the friction resistance of steel-pipe pile by using the formula,and designs the pile extracting construction scheme.As a result,it realizes smoothly steel-pipe pile extracting within limited space.
