摘 要:为研究沥青路面回收料(RAP)掺量、温度、行车速度、车辆轴重对再生沥青路面疲劳寿命的影响,通过开展多因素(RAP掺量、试验温度、加载频率、控制应变)多水平的再生沥青混合料小梁四点弯曲疲劳试验,采用统计学方法分析了RAP掺量、试验温度、加载频率、控制应变对再生沥青混合料疲劳寿命与疲劳方程回归参数的关系。结果表明:RAP掺量、控制应变、加载频率、试验温度对疲劳寿命影响的显著性均大于95%,但RAP掺量与其他三因素的交互效应显著性(并)不明显;四因素对再生沥青混合料疲劳寿命的影响程度为控制应变>试验温度> RAP掺量>试验频率;通过|k|,m值对疲劳寿命随因素变化的分析结果与疲劳寿命随因素变化趋势相同,通过|k|与m值对再生沥青混合料抗疲劳性能进行分析更全面、准确。此外,分析发现,基于应变的疲劳方程的回归参数|k|与m值和RAP掺量存在线性关系,研究再生沥青混合料疲劳寿命时,可将RAP掺量引入疲劳方程。In order to study the influence of Reclaimed Asphalt Pavement(RAP)content,temperature,driving speed and vehicle axle load on the fatigue life of recycled asphalt pavement,it carried out the four point beam bending fatigue test with multiple factors(RAP content,test temperature,loading frequency,test strain)and multilevel,and the relationship between RAP content,test temperature,loading frequency,test strain and fatigue life and fatigue equation was analyzed by statistical method.The results show that the RAP content,test strain,loading frequency and test temperature have a great influence on fatigue life by 95%,but the influence between RAP content and other three factors was not significant;the degree of influence of four factors on fatigue life of recycled asphalt mixture is test strain>test temperature>RAP content>test frequency;the analysis results of k absolute value and m value on fatigue life variation with factors are the same as the trend of fatigue life variation with factors,but the analysis of anti-fatigue performance of recycled asphalt mixture with k absolute value and m value is more comprehensive and accurate.In addition,it is found that there is a linear relationship between the absolute value of k,m and RAP content of the regression parameter of the fatigue equation based on strain.So the RAP content can be introduced into the fatigue equation when studying the fatigue life of the recycled asphalt mixture.
