摘  要:目的:比较降真香乙醇提取物的氯仿萃取物与乙酸乙酯萃取物对变异链球和唾液链球菌的抑菌效果。方法:降真香经乙醇提取后分别用氯仿和乙酸乙酯萃取,测定两种萃取物对变异链球菌、唾液链球菌生长12 h与20 h的抑菌效果,通过OD值变化计算抑菌率,并进行抑菌率比较。结果:氯仿萃取物与乙酸乙酯萃取物对变异链球菌和唾液链球菌均有一定的抑制作用,氯仿萃取物抑菌效果优于乙酸乙酯萃取物。结论:降真香乙醇提取物对变异链球菌和唾液链球菌抑制作用明显,不同萃取方式抑菌效果有差异。Objective:To compare the antibacterial effects of chloroform extraction and ethyl acetate extraction of acronychia pedunculata alcohol extract in two different extraction methods on Streptococcus mutans and Streptococcus saliva,this application was used in the field of oral antibacterial and caries prevention.Methods:First,the bacteriostatic effects of chloroform extraction and ethyl acetate extraction on the growth of Streptococcus mutans and Streptococcus salivarius were measured for 12 and 20 hours,and then the OD value was calculated and the bacteriostatic rate was calculated for data comparison and analysis.Results:Chloroform extraction and ethyl acetate extraction have inhibitory effect on Streptococcus mutans and Streptococcus salivarius.Chloroform extract has better inhibitory effect on both bacteria than ethyl acetate.Conclusion:The results suggest that the extracts of acronychia pedunculata have obvious inhibitory effects on streptococcus mutans and streptococcus salivarius,and there are differences in the bacteriostatic effects of two extraction methods.
