摘　　要：目的:探讨地榆皂苷Ⅱ对人舌鳞癌细胞CAL27增殖抑制能力的影响。方法:设立空白对照组、地榆皂苷Ⅱ模型组、紫杉醇阳性对照组,采用CCK-8法检测两种药物不同浓度及作用时间对人舌鳞癌细胞CAL27增殖能力的影响。结果:CCK-8法结果显示,两种药物作用24 h后,随着药物浓度增大,地榆皂苷Ⅱ对细胞增殖抑制作用呈现升高趋势,与对照组相比差异具有统计学意义(P<0.001);药物作用时间48 h后,抑制作用与24 h相比有所降低,但也呈现一定的量效关系,与对照组相比差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:地榆皂苷Ⅱ对人舌鳞癌细胞CAL27的增殖能力具有抑制作用。Objective:To investigate the effect of ZiyuglycosideⅡon the proliferation of human tongue squamous cell carcinoma CAL27 cells.Methods:To set up the blank control group,the model group of ZiyuglycosideⅡ,and the positive control of Paclitaxel.The effects of different concentrations and time of two drugs on the proliferation of human tongue squamous cell carcinoma CAL27 cells were measured by CCK-8 method.Results:The results showed that with the increase of both drugs concentration after 24 h,the inhibitory effect of ZiyuglycosideⅡon cell proliferation showed an increasing trend,and the difference was statistically significant compared with the control group(P<0.001).After 48 h of drug treatment,the inhibitory effect decreased compared with 24 h,but also showed a dose-effect relationship,and the difference was statistically significant compared with the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:ZiyuglycosideⅡcan inhibit the proliferation of human tongue squamous cell carcinoma CAL27 cells.
