摘 要:目的:探究高碱值合成磺酸钙对汽轮机油摩擦性能的影响。方法:用石墨烯改良基础油,通过添加不同质量浓度的高碱值合成磺酸钙,用四球试验机探究其浓度对改良基础油摩擦性能的影响。结论:高碱值合成磺酸钙含量的变化对改良性基础油影响较大,对摩擦系数及磨斑形貌影响不明显;当高碱值合成磺酸钙添加质量分数为2%时,最大无卡咬负荷较基础油提高了47.52%。结论:高碱值合成磺酸钙的最优质量分数为2%。Objective:To explore the effect of high base number synthetic calcium sulfonate on friction properties of steam turbine oil.Method:Use graphene to improve the base oil,add different mass concentrations of high base number synthetic calcium sulfonate,and use a four-ball testing machine to explore the influence of its concentration on the friction properties of the improved base oil.Conclusion:The change of high base number synthetic calcium sulfonate content has a greater impact on the modified base oil,but has little effect on the friction coefficient and wear scar morphology;when the high base number synthetic calcium sulfonate content is 2%,the maximum non-stick bite load is increased by 47.52%compared with base oil.Conclusion:The optimal mass fraction of high base number synthetic calcium sulfonate is 2%.
