摘  要:对柴油机油在涡轮增压器中的结焦进行了研究。涡轮增压器中的结焦主要是由柴油机油老化形成的,用5种基础油调配了5种CK-410W-40规格的柴油机油,并用台架试验对这5种柴油机油在涡轮增压器中出现结焦的时间进行了评价,台架试验出现结焦的时间越长,柴油机油的抗结焦性能越好。对柴油机油496℃模拟蒸馏的馏出量与结焦的相关性进行了研究。5种柴油机油在台架试验中出现结焦的时间依次为60 h,200 h,130 h,132 h和200 h,相对应的496℃模拟蒸馏的馏出量依次为90.7%,80.2%,89.1%,88.9%和68.8%。柴油机油496℃模拟蒸馏的馏出量越少,则涡轮增压器台架试验出现结焦的时间越长,两者具有较好的对应关系。柴油机油496℃模拟蒸馏的馏出量与基础油的蒸发特性有关,基础油的蒸发特性越好,柴油机油496℃模拟蒸馏的馏出量就越少,抗结焦性能就越好。(图5表3参考文献3)The coking of Diesel engine oils in turbocharger was researched.The coking in turbocharger was mainly formed by aging of Diesel engine oils.Five kinds of CK-410W-40 Diesel engine oils were blended with five base Stocks.The coking time of these five Diesel oils in turbocharger was evaluated by rig test.The longer the coking time was,the better the anti-coking performance of Diesel engine oil was.The correlation between the distillate yields and coking of Diesel engine oils in 496℃simulated distillation was studied.The coking time of five Diesel engine oils in rig test was 60 h,200 h,130 h,132 h and 200 h,and the corresponding distillation yields of simulated distillation at 496℃were 90.7%,80.2%,89.1%,88.9%and 68.8%respectively.The less the distillate yields of Diesel engine oils in 496℃simulated distillation was,the longer the coking time of turbocharger rig test was,and there was a good corresponding relationship between them.The distillation yield of Diesel engine oils at 496℃was related to the evaporation characteristics of base Stocks.The better the evaporation characteristics of base Stocks,the less distillate yields of Diesel engine oils at 496℃simulated distillation,and the better anti-coking performance(.Charts5 Tables3 References3)
