摘  要:研制了一款复合锂皂传动轴花键润滑脂,并对其使用性能进行了考察,以评价该润滑脂用于商用车传动轴花键润滑的可行性。用汽车传动轴总成台架对传动轴花键润滑脂的使用性能进行了200 h的试验。试验结束后拆解分析,传动轴花键润滑脂的滴点平均下降了17.5℃,平均磨损量增加了2898μg/g,润滑脂没有流失现象,传动轴花键表面无锈蚀,无擦伤。说明传动轴花键润滑脂的高温性能没有明显地降低,防锈抗腐蚀性能和润滑性能良好,磨损量符合技术要求。红外光谱和扫描电子显微镜分析显示,试验前后润滑脂的组成和结构稳定,没有变化。研制的复合锂皂传动轴花键润滑脂用于商用车传动轴花键的润滑是可行的,可以满足商用车传动轴花键的润滑要求。(图6表2参考文献1)A complex lithium soap grease for drive shaft spline was developed,and its performances were investigated to evaluate the feasibility of the grease used for commercial vehicle drive shaft spline.The service performance of drive shaft spline grease was tested for 200 h on an automobile drive shaft assembly rig.After the test,disassembly analyzed that the drop point of the grease decreased by 17.5℃averagely and the average wear increased by 2898μg/g.And there was no loss of grease and there was no rust or scar on the surface of the drive shaft spline.The results showed that the elevated-temperature performance of the drive shaft spline grease was not significantly reduced,the anti-rust and anti-corrosion performance and lubrication performance were good,and the wear amount met the technical requirements.Infrared spectrum and scanning electron microscope analysis showed that the composition and structure of the grease were stable before and after the test and there was no change.It was feasible that the complex lithium soap grease could be used to lubricate the spline of commercial vehicle drive shaft,which could meet the lubrication requirements of commercial vehicle drive shaft spline.(Charts6 Tables2 Reference1)
