摘　　要：为了解决塔式起重机标准节轴销的锈蚀和卡咬问题,对塔式起重机轴销润滑脂进行了研制。塔式起重机轴销润滑脂由复合钙稠化低凝点基础油,并添加0.52%的复合抗氧剂(胺型抗氧剂+苯三唑衍生物),0.35%的羧酸盐防锈剂,0.40%的防水剂(固体烃+聚烯烃)及5.0%的固体抗磨剂组成,具有良好的高低温性能,防锈抗腐蚀性能和抗微动磨损性能。现场应用表明,塔机轴销润滑脂解决了销轴锈蚀和卡咬而导致难于拆解的问题,提高了塔机轴销的拆卸效率。(图4表3参考文献3)In order to solve the problem of rust,corrosion and seizure of the standard shaft pin of tower crane,the grease for the shaft pin of tower crane was developed.The tower crane shaft pin grease was composed of compound calcium thickened low pour point Stock with 0.52%complex antioxidant(amine antioxidant+benzotriazole derivative),0.35%carboxylate antirust additive,0.40%waterproof additive(solid hydrocarbon+polyolefin)and 5.0%solid anti-wear additive.It had good high/low temperature performance,anti-rust/anti-corrosion performance and anti-fretting wear performance.The field application showed that the grease solved the problem that the pin was difficult to be disassembled due to corrosion and seizure,and improved the disassembly efficiency of the shaft pin of the tower crane(.Charts4 Tables3 References3)
