摘　　要：航空发动机润滑油与橡胶的相容性对航空发动机的安全可靠性运行具有至关重要的作用。为选用与国产航空发动机润滑油相匹配的密封橡胶提供参考和技术支持,对6种季戊四醇酯型航空发动机润滑油(含进口航空发动机润滑油与国产航空发动机润滑油)与8种橡胶的相容性进行了评价。通过测试橡胶的体积变化和质量变化,发现国产航空发动机润滑油与橡胶的相容性和进口航空发动机润滑油与橡胶的相容性相当,能够满足航空发动机润滑油与橡胶相容性的要求。(图0表8参考文献5)The compatibility of aeroengine lubes and elastomers played an important role in the safe and reliable operation of aeroengine.In order to provide reference and technical support for selecting sealing elastomer matching with domestic aeroengine lubes,the compatibility of six pentaerythritol ester aeroengine lubes(including imported and domestic aeroengine lubes)and eight elastomers were evaluated.By testing the volume and mass changes of elastomers,it was found that the compatibility of domestic aeroengine lubes and elastomers was equivalent to that of imported aeroengine lubes and elastomers,which could meet the requirements of aeroengine lubes and elastomer compatibility(.Charts0 Tables8 References5)
