摘  要:癸二酸二异辛酯具有良好的抗氧化性和水解安定性,优异的清净性和对添加剂的感受性,常用作压缩机油、高速齿轮油及航空涡轮发动机油。用传统催化剂硫酸氢钠合成的癸二酸二异辛酯色泽深,而用钛酸四丁酯非酸催化剂合成的癸二酸二异辛酯色泽浅。在设定癸二酸与异辛醇的摩尔比为1∶2.4的前提下,就钛酸四丁酯催化剂的用量,反应温度和反应时间对合成癸二酸二异辛酯酯化率的影响进行了考察。在钛酸四丁酯催化剂的用量为0.30%,反应温度180℃,反应时间7 h的工艺参数下,癸二酸二异辛酯的酯化率大于99.50%(视为反应完成)。与传统催化剂硫酸氢钠相比,钛酸四丁酯催化剂的用量降低了50%,反应时间缩短了约12.5%。(图2表3参考文献4)Diisooctyl sebacate had good oxidation resistance,hydrolysis stability,excellent detergency and susceptibility to additives.It was commonly used as compressor oils,high speed gear oils and aviation turbine engine oils.The color of diisooctyl sebacate synthesized with traditional catalyst sodium bisulfate was dark,while that synthesized with non-acid catalyst of tetrabutyl titanate was light.The effects of tetrabutyl titanate catalyst dosage,reaction temperature and reaction time on the esterification rate of diisooctyl sebacate were investigated under the condition that the molar ratio of sebacic acid to isooctanol was 1∶2.4.Under the conditions of 0.30%tetrabutyl titanate catalyst dosage,180℃reaction temperature and 7 h reaction time,the esterification rate of diisooctyl sebacate was more than 99.50%(the reaction was considered to be completed).Compared with the traditional catalyst sodium bisulfate,the dosage of tetrabutyl titanate catalyst was reduced by 50%,and the reaction time was shortened by about 12.5%(.Charts2 Tables3 References4)
