摘 要:由于受到风力,风向,载荷,温度及摆动的交变影响,风力发电机的偏航及变桨轴承几乎一直处于微动磨损状态,润滑工况苛刻,因此对轴承润滑脂的抗微动磨损性能提出了苛刻的要求。用Falex微动磨损试验,波纹腐蚀试验及自行设计的微动磨损低温试验等模拟台架对国产轴承脂,进口轴承脂的抗微动磨损性能进行了评价。从评价结果看,国产轴承脂的抗微动磨损性能达到或超过了进口轴承脂的水平。同时,也可以借助于这些模拟台架对添加剂和/或配方进行筛选,以研制抗微动磨损性能优异的风力发电机偏航及变桨轴承脂。(图8表5参考文献3)Due to the alternating influence of wind,wind direction,load,temperature and swing,the yaw and pitch bearing of wind turbine was almost always in fretting wear state.And the lubrication condition was harsh.Therefore,the strict requirement for anti-fretting wear performance of bearing grease was putforward.Theanti-fretting wear performance of domestic and imported bearing grease were evaluated by Falex fretting wear test,ripple and corrosion test and fretting wear low temperature test.According to the evaluation results,the anti-fretting performance of domestic bearing grease reached or exceeded the level of imported bearing grease.At the same time,the additives and/or formulations could be screened with the help of these simulation rig,so as to develop the yaw and pitch bearing grease with excellent anti-fretting wear performance(.Charts8 Tables5 References3)
