摘　　要：针对住宅小区智能化系统配置具有一定的地域性特点,通过对昆明地区多家房企多个住宅小区智能化系统配置情况的调研,分析探讨昆明地区住宅小区智能化系统配置情况及原因分析。In view of the characteristics of intelligent system configuration varying with geographical regions,the configuration and reasons for the intelligent systems of residence communities in Kunming are analyzed and discussed through research into the configuration of intelligent systems in several residential communities.
