摘　　要：以医院总体战略规划为研究对象,介绍医院总体战略规划方法的分析框架、分析方法、规划思路和规划核心,并以“十四五”时期医院战略规划为例,从总结成绩、分析问题、明确目标、实现路径和保障制度等方面,对规划方法学进行应用和讨论。Taking the overall strategic planning of the hospital as the research object,this paper introduces the analytical framework,analytical methods,planning ideas and planning core of the overall strategic planning of the hospital.Then this paper applies and discusses the planning methodology from the respects of summarizing achievements,analyzing problems,defining objectives,realizing path and guarantee system and so on,taking the strategic planning of the hospital during the 14th five-year Plan period as an example.
