摘 要:低密度聚乙烯具有优良的耐低温性、化学稳定性、电绝缘性及加工性,一直保持良好的市场前景。针对低密度聚乙烯高压管式法和高压釜式法2种生产工艺分别进行研究阐述,着重分析说明了各生产工艺的反应器结构、反应条件、产品特性和技术特点,最后结合国内低密度聚乙烯产业提出思考,认为加快开发高端牌号产品、提高进口替代率,具有重大意义。With thefeature of excellent low temperature resistance,chemical stability,electrical insulativity and processability,LDPE had maintained a very good market prospect thus far.This paper studied and explained the different LDPE process technologies of high-pressure tubular method and high-pressure autoclave method,mainly analyzed and illustrated the reactor structures,reaction conditions,product characteristics and technical features of each process technology and finally proposed some suggestions on the development of domestic LDPE industry.It is believed that accelerating the development of high-end grade products and increasing the import substitution rate are of great significance.
