摘　　要：利用流程模拟软件Aspen Plus对某公司150×104 t/a柴油加氢产品分馏塔进行模拟。根据结果,重点考察了塔底吹汽、进料温度和中段回流量对产品分馏塔的操作以及产品性质的具体影响,并利用模拟所得数据对分馏塔相关操作变量进行了优化分析。通过模拟分析,以求在满足产品指标前提下,进一步降低装置能耗,提升经济效益。The process simulation software Aspen Plus is used to simulate the fractionating tower of 150X104 t/a diesel hydrotreating products.According to the simulation results,this paper investigated the effects of bottom blowing,feed temperature and middle flow rate on the operation and product properties of the product fractionator and conducted the optimization analysis on the operation variables of the fractionator using the simulation data.Through simulation analysis,it reduced the energy consumption further and improved the economic benefits under the premise of meeting the product index.
