摘 要:目的探讨四川省成都市新都区某医院女性人乳头瘤病毒(human papilloma virus, HPV)阳性感染情况,为HIV防控策略提供参考依据。方法选取2014年1月至2018年12月五年期间成都医学院第一附属医院13 798例就诊女性的宫颈上皮脱落细胞标本,采用基因扩增及导流杂交技术对21种HPV亚型进行分型检测。结果共检出HPV阳性样本2687例,阳性率19.47%,其中单一感染占比14.22%,多重感染占比5.25%;21种HPV基因亚型均被检出,其中高危型占83.95%,低危型占16.05%,检出率前三位的HPV亚型为HPV52、HPV16、HPV58;≤20岁年龄段HPV检出率最高,其次为21~30岁和≥61岁,检出率分别为30.91%、21.63%和20.50%。结论 2014—2018年成都市该医院女性HPV感染以单一型、高危型为主,以HPV52、HPV16和HPV58基因亚型多见,预防接种应选用包含这三种亚型的疫苗。Objective To investigate the human papilloma virus(HPV) positive infection, genotype and age distribution among females who visited a hospital in Chengdu, and to provide a reference basis for the prevention strategies of HPV. Methods 13 798 females were screened for HPV genotyping from January 2014 to December 2018 in the First Affiliated Hospital of Chengdu Medical College, and all the cervical epithelial exfoliated cells were collected and taken HPV genotyping by gene amplification and flow-through hybridization. A total of 21 HPV genotypes were detected by PCR membrane hybridization. Results A total of 2 687 HPV-positive samples were obtained from 13 798 females. The positive rate of HPV was 19.47%, including 14.22% of single infection rate and 5.25% of multiple infection rates. All 21 HPV gene subtypes were detected, among which high-risk infection subtypes accounted for 83.95% and low-risk infection subtypes accounted for 16.05%. The top three infection subtypes were HPV52, HPV16 and HPV58. The HPV infection rate was highest in the age group ≤20 years old, followed by the age group of 21~30 years old and ≥61 years old, and the infection rate was 30.91%, 21.63% and 20.50%, respectively. Conclusion From 2014 to 2018, the infection of cervical HPV in females in the hospital of Chengdu were mainly of the single type and high-risk type. The HPV infection in females in this region is mainly caused by HPV52, HPV16 and HPV58 gene subtypes. Vaccines containing these three subtypes should be selected for vaccination.
