摘　　要：目的分析贵州省X县一起新型冠状病毒肺炎(COVID-19)家庭聚集性疫情特征,掌握患者活动轨迹及密切接触者特点,为后续科学有效防控COVID-19提供参考。方法以首例病例为线索,对患者诊疗情况、活动轨迹及密切接触者进行调查,分析其传播链。并通过实时荧光定量PCR方法对采集的呼吸道标本进行新型冠状病毒核酸检测。结果本起疫情共涉及4个家庭,8例病例,各病例间有多次共餐聚会史。临床严重程度分别为1例重症病例(病例A)、2例普通病例(病例E、F)和5例无症状感染者(病例B、C、D、G、H)。结论本起聚集性疫情由家庭间反复聚餐引起,及早发现传染源,及时排查出密切接触者并进行隔离医学观察是阻止疫情扩大的关键措施,对密切接触者进行核酸筛查,是发现病例的有效手段。Objective To analyze epidemiological and clinical characteristics of a family cluster of novel coronavirus pneumonia in X County, Guizhou Province, so as to grasp the characteristics of patients’ activity tracks and close contacts, and to provide reference for the follow-up scientific and effective prevention and control of COVID-19. Methods The first case was taken as a clue. The diagnosis and treatment, the activity track and the close contacts were investigated, and the transmission chain was analyzed. The nucleic acid detection of novel coronavirus on collected respiratory tract samples were tested by real-time fluorescence quantitative PCR. Results The epidemic involved 4 families and 8 cases, each of which had a history of multiple meals and gatherings. There were 1 severe case(case A), 2 common cases(case E, F) and 5 asymptomatic infections(case B, C, D, G, H) according clinical grade. Conclusion The epidemic was caused by repeated family meals. Early detection of the source of infection, timely screening of the close contacts and promptly isolation medical observation are the key measures to prevent the expansion of the epidemic. Nucleic acid screening of close contacts is an effective method to detect cases.
