北京市生态清洁小流域初步设计编制常见问题探讨

摘　　要：北京市生态清洁小流域建设工作蓬勃开展,在保护首都水源、维护河库健康生命、促进新农村建设和山区生态文明建设方面发挥了重要作用。初步设计作为生态清洁小流域建设前期工作中的重要环节,对流域治理效果有直接影响。根据近年来生态清洁小流域建设管理和设计审查工作的实践,归纳总结一些生态清洁小流域初步设计编制中的常见问题,从基本要求、调查评价、措施配置与设计和报告编制等4个方面进行探讨,为规范生态清洁小流域前期工作,提高设计水平,提供一些参考。The construction of ecological and clean small watershed in Beijing has played an important role in protecting the water source of capital,maintaining health of rivers and reservoirs,and promoting the development of villages and ecological civilization in mountain region.Preliminary design is an important part in the construction prophase of ecological and clean small watershed,which has a direct impact on the effect of watershed management.Based on the practice of construction management and design examine of ecological and clean small watershed recent years,some common problems of design compilation were summarized in this paper to standardize the prophase work and improve the design level.Additionally,some common problems about basic problems,investigation and evaluation,reports compilation and measures disposition and design were discussed.Common problems on project management measures and documents,professional technical specifications and the region of designed measures were also analyzed.Common problems on survey and evaluation were basic suiTey data and small watershed evaluation.Common problems in the disposition and design measures were the objectives of prevention and control,the basis of design,the depth of design,exceeding standard of design and concept of ecological river regulation and so on.Common problems in reports compilation are text logic and maintenance plans after construction.
