摘　　要：北京水务工作长期重视水土保持生态建设,并在新时期对生态清洁小流域建设提出更高要求。为掌握山区生态清洁小流域建设成效并有效指导下一步建设,亟需建立一套科学的评价指标体系。基于生态清洁及长效管护这一思路,提出一套涵盖生态、清洁及管护等3个层面11项指标的生态清洁小流域评价指标体系,确定各单项指标权重及评价标准,并给出生态清洁小流域综合评价方法,为新时期生态清洁小流域建设及治理效果评估提供参考依据。The ecological construction of soil and water conservation has been attached great importance to in Beijing water affairs work for a long time,and the construction of ecological and clean small-watersheds was put forward higher requirements in the new period.It is urgent to establish a scientific evaluation index system for grasping the achievements of ecological and clean small-watershed construction in mountainous areas and effectively guiding the next step of construction.Based on the idea of ecological and clean and long-term management and protection,a set of evaluation index system of ecological and clean small-watershed was put fonvard,which covers 11 indexes in three aspects of ecology,cleaning and management.Moreover,the weight and evaluation standard of each single index were determined,and a comprehensive evaluation method of ecological and clean small-watershed was provided.It could provide a reference for the construction of ecological and clean small-watershed and the evaluation of its control effect in the new period.
