摘　　要：文章以某产业园区办公楼装配整体式框架项目为例,介绍了建筑方案的标准化设计;基于装配率、预制率的结构拆分以及PKPM-BIM软件在建筑、结构、深化设计中的应用。Take the monolithic precast concrete frame of office buildinga s example,this paper introduces the standardized design of the architectural design scheme;split design method based on prefabrication ratio and assembly rate;and the application of PKPM-BIM in architecture,structure and deepening design.
