基于VAR模型下的阜南县柳编非遗产业与农村扶贫资金效率研究

摘　　要：财政支持下的阜南县柳编非遗产业经济的发展情况,取决于农村扶贫资金的走向、运行效率与其损耗机制。采用统计学分析软件EViews进行VAR分析,结合阜南县的特色柳编非遗产业相关经济指标,研究如何使扶贫资金效率最大化的问题。对提高农村扶贫资金效率提出建议,以期政府部门和社会各界从事扶贫工作的机构借鉴。The economic development of wickerwork intangible cultural heritage industry in Funan County under the financial support depends on the direction, operation efficiency and loss mechanism of rural poverty alleviation funds. This paper studies how to maximize the efficiency of poverty alleviation funds by adopting the statistical analysis software Eviews for the VAR analysis and combining with the relevant economic indicators of the featured wickerwork intangible cultural heritage industry in Funan County. As a result, this paper puts forward suggestions to improve the efficiency of the rural poverty alleviation funds, so as to provide a reference to the government departments and social organizations engaged in poverty alleviation.
