海洋乐园维生系统PVC-M管道预埋安装施工技术

摘　　要：海洋乐园有结构复杂、工艺精度高、设备及管线复杂的特点,属难度较高的施工单体。海洋乐园各水体内饲养的海洋生物对水质要求极高,为达到调节水质目的,需要复杂的维生系统管路进行池水的循环、调节等,同时饲养大型海洋生物的水池深度大,超过10m,对管线穿越池壁的防渗处理提出了严峻的考验。不同于常规水池的是,海水呈弱碱性,对金属管道腐蚀性较强,常规的各类防水套管已经不适用海水池体,且防水套管的后期封堵、渗漏隐患较大。本项目海洋乐园穿越水池壁采用的是PVC-M管道(压力管道用改性聚氯乙烯材料),加焊PVC-M止水板一次预埋的做法。相比传统UPVC管道,PVC-M管道抗冲击性能提高5〜10倍,同时又保持了PVC材料原有的强度性能,更好地抵抗管道在运输及安装过程中造成的轻微划伤及承受更高的荷载,大幅提高了管道使用安全系数。Due to its complex structure,high process accuracy,and complex equipment and pipelines,Ocean Park is a relatively difficult construction unit.The marine organisms raised in the various water bodies of the Ocean Park have extremely high water quality requirements.In order to achieve the purpose of adjusting the water quality,a complex life-saving system pipeline is required to circulate and adjust the pool water.At the same time,the depth of the pool for raising large marine organisms is large,often exceeding the depth of 10m puts a severe test on the anti-seepage treatment of the pipeline crossing the pool wall.Different from conventional pools,the seawater is weakly alkaline and corrosive to metal pipes.Conventional various types of waterproof casings are no longer suitable for sea water tanks,and the later sealing of waterproof casings poses greater leakage risks.This project uses PVC-M pipes(modified polyvinyl chloride materials for pressure pipes)to pass through the wall of the pool in the ocean park of this project,and the method of pre-embedding with welded PVC-M waterstops at one time.Compared with traditional UPVC pipes,the impact resistance of PVC-M pipes is increased by 5 to 10 times,while maintaining the original strength performance of PVC materials,and better resisting minor scratches and withstands caused by the pipeline during transportation and installation.Higher load greatly improves the safety factor of pipeline use.
