摘　　要：金属岩棉夹芯板是一种以岩棉为原料制成的夹芯板,其充分发挥了岩棉芯材的独特性能,在防火、保温隔热、吸音隔声等方面有着显著的功效。金属岩棉夹芯板的生产工艺能够在工厂中通过自动化设备将岩棉和钢板复合成一个整体,从而改变以前岩棉板材需现场复合的方式,在满足建筑物保温隔热、隔声、防火等要求的前提下,达到了优质、高效、可靠、安全的目标。彩钢板面层可根据实际装饰装修需要进行彩图、喷绘,本工程金属岩棉夹芯板厚度为240mm,岩棉内外两侧镀锌彩钢板厚度分别为:室内(靠近冷区侧)热镀锌彩钢板厚度为0.8mm,室外则考虑常规标准厚度0.6mm。Rock wool metal sandwich panel is a kind of sandwich panel made of rock wool as raw material.The rock wool metal sandwich panel gives full play to the unique properties of rock wool core material.And other aspects have significant effects.The production process of the rock wool metal sandwich panel realizes the composite of rock wool and steel plate into a whole through automated equipment in the factory,thus changing the way that rock wool panels need to be compounded on site.Under the premise of sound,fire prevention and other requirements,the goal of high quality,high efficiency,reliability and safety has been reached.The color steel plate surface layer can be colored and printed according to the actual decoration needs.The thickness of the rock wool metal sandwich panel of this project is 240 mm thick.The thickness of the galvanized color steel plate on both sides of the rock wool is:indoor(near the cold zone side)hot The thickness of the galvanized color steel plate is 0.8mm thick,and the outdoor side is 0.6mm thick according to the conventional standard practice.
