摘  要:调查和试验研究了甘肃省祁连山东段苗圃地云杉大灰象为害程度、生活史和不同防控方法防效。结果表明:在祁连山东段林区青海云杉苗圃地大灰象1 a发生1代;不同调查地(苗圃)青海云杉平均根系受害株率、虫口密度、枝条受害株率、枝条虫口密度分别为49.21%、25.02头/株、40.83%、15.95头/枝。采用土壤拌药和树冠喷雾防治均不降低受害株率和虫口密度;地下防控时,土壤撒施14%毒死蜱效果最佳,根系受害株率、虫口密度、枝条受害株率、枝条虫口密度分别降到3.03%、2.11头/株、4.05%、2.54头/枝;地上防控时,树冠喷雾5%吡虫啉(每667 m250 g)效果最佳,根系受害株率、虫口密度、枝条受害株率、枝条虫口密度分别降到6.23%、4.65头/株、5.02%、5.18头/枝;与其他防控方法相比,以上两种防控方法防效均达到极显著水平(P<0.01)。To control Sympiezomias velatus(Chevrolat)efficiently in Qilian Mountain eastern nursery,the hazard degree and life history of Sympiezomias velatus(Chevrolat)were investigated and the effects of different control measures were studied.The result showed that Sympiezomias velatus(Chevrolat)was one generation one year in Qilian Mountain eastern nursery of Picea crassifolia kom.The average of infection rate and pest density of root and branch were 49.21%,25.02/plant,40.83%and 15.95/branch,respectively.The infection rate and pest density were decreased by mixed pesticides in soil and sprayed pesticide on crown.The effects of mixed 14%chlorpyrifos in soil(10 kg/667 m2)was best after treatment in soil,whose infection rate and pest density of root and branch decreased to 3.03%,2.11/plant,4.05%and 2.54/branch,respectively.The effects of spraying 5%imidacloprid on crown(50 g/667 m2)was best after treatment in soil,whose infection rate and pest density of root and branch decreased to 6.23%,4.65/plant,5.02%and 5.18/branch,respectively.The effects of above two control measures reached were at extremely significant level(P<0.01)compared to the other measures.
