摘　　要：本文以山东省重点生态公益林为研究对象,针对重点生态公益林发展过程中存在的森林质量问题、管理管护问题、生态补偿问题、生态监测问题进行了重点剖析,并从区位细化分类、动态监测、生态监测、管护及整体规划、提高森林质量、创新补偿机制等方面进行了对策分析,以期为重点公益林建设管理提供一定的理论参考。This paper takes the key ecological public welfare forest of Shandong Province as the research object,aiming at the existingforest quality problems,management and protection problems,ecological compensation problems and ecological monitoring problems.The countermeasures regarding location classification,dynamic monitoring,ecological monitoring,and management and overall planning,forest quality improvementand innovating compensation mechanism were put forward.
