摘 要:为了解绒山羊乏质体病的流行及分布情况,应用基于乏质体16S rRNA基因、msp 4基因的巢氏PCR对采自甘肃、河北、内蒙古、山西、陕西及新疆6个地区的共387份绒山羊血液样品进行了检测,结果共检测出3种乏质体,总阳性率为82.4%(319/387),其中嗜吞噬细胞乏质体(Anaplasma phagocytophilum)、牛乏质体(A.bovis)、绵羊乏质体(A.ovis)阳性率分别为24.0%(93/387)、34.1%(132/387)、76.5%(296/387)。乏质体混合感染普遍存在,混合感染率为25.3%(98/387)。不同地区、不同饲养方式及不同年龄绒山羊乏质体阳性率存在显著差异(χ^2=48.75,P<0.05;χ^2=16.095,P<0.05;χ^2=26.88,P<0.05)。调查结果显示,甘肃、河北、内蒙古、山西、陕西及新疆绒山羊感染乏质体情况普遍存在,应加强对乏质体病的防控,尤其嗜吞噬细胞乏质体和绵羊乏质体均属人兽共患病原,对人和动物存在潜在风险,应予高度重视。In order to understand the prevalence and distribution of anaplasmosis in some parts of China,a total of 387 cashmere goats blood samples collected from Gansu,Hebei,Inner Mongolia,Shanxi,Shaanxi and Xinjiang from May to November 2016 were detected using the nested PCR method based on the Anaplasma 16S rRNA gene and the msp4 gene.The results showed that 3 species of Anaplasma were detected in the blood samples,and the total positive rate of Anaplasma was 82.4%(319/387).The positive rates of Anaplasma.phagocytophilum,Anaplasma.bovis,and Anaplasma.ovis were 24.0%(93/387),34.1%(132/387)and 76.5%(296/387),respectively.Mixed infections with Anaplasma spp.were common,with a mixed infection rate of 25.3%(98/387).There was a significant difference in the positive rate of Anaplasma in different regions,different feeding methods and different ages(χ^2=48.75,P<0.05;χ^2=16.095,P<0.05;χ^2=26.88,P<0.05).However,there was no significant difference in the positive rate of Anaplasma in different sex goat groups(χ^2=3.058,P>0.05).The results of the survey showed that the Anaplasma infection of the cashmere goats in Gansu,Hebei,Inner Mongolia,Shanxi,Shaanxi and Xinjiang was widespread and mixed with multiple infections,so the prevention and control of anaplasmosis should be strengthened.In particular,A.phagocytophilum and A.ovis are zoonotic pathogens,which are a potential risk factor for humans and animals and should be give attention.
