综合护理干预对气管内麻醉患儿苏醒期躁动的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨综合护理干预对气管内麻醉患儿苏醒期躁动的影响。方法选取2020年5~8月于我院接受治疗的80例患儿为研究对象,随机分对照组和观察组,各40例。对照组给予常规围手术期,观察组在对照组的基础上给予综合护理干预,比较两组患儿的躁动情况。结果观察组患儿总躁动发生率(10.0%)低于对照组(42.5%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论综合护理干预应用于气管内麻醉患儿,可降低患儿躁动情况的发生,值得推广应用。Objective To explore the effect of comprehensive nursing intervention on emergence agitation of children with endotracheal anesthesia.Methods A total of 80 cases of children in our hospital from May to August in 2020 were selected as the research objects and randomly divided into the control group and the observation group,40 cases in each group.The control group was given routine perioperative nursing,and the observation group was given comprehensive nursing intervention on the basis of the control group.The agitation of the two groups was compared.Results The total incidence agitation in the observation group(10.0%)was lower than that in the control group(42.5%),the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Comprehensive nursing intervention applied to children with endotracheal anesthesia can reduce the occurrence of agitation,which is worthy of popularization and application.
