摘　　要：新型冠状病毒肺炎(Coronavirus disease 2019,COVID-19)具有很强的传染性和很高的致病率。目前,对于新型冠状病毒(Severe acute respiratory syndrome coronavirus 2,SARS-CoV-2)尚没有特异性的抗病毒药物,临床上根据以往抗冠状病毒用药经验以及“老药新用”原则,应用现有药物进行治疗。本文根据抗冠状病毒药物的作用机制,对临床正在使用和具有潜在抗SARS-CoV-2作用的药物及在研化合物进行综述,以期为COVID-19治疗的合理用药及抗SARS-CoV-2的新药研发提供理论依据及新思路。Coronavirus disease 2019(COVID-19)is highly infectious and highly pathogenic.At present,there are no specific antiviral drugs for severe acute respiratory syndrome coronavirus 2(SARS-CoV-2).According to the past experience of using anti-coronavirus drugs and the principle of“new use of old drugs”,the existing drugs are used in the clinical antiviral therapy for SARS-CoV-2.In this paper,based on the acting mechanism of anti-coronavirus drugs,the clinical and potential use of anti-SARS-CoV-2 drugs and the compounds under development were reviewed in order to provide theoretical basis and new ideas for the rational use of drugs in COVID-19 treatment and the development of new drugs against SARS-CoV-2.
