摘 要:热压烧结工艺参数对金刚石工具胎体的力学性能有很大影响,合适的烧结工艺能够增强金刚石工具的性能,通过实验结果表明对胎体力学性能影响的敏感性,从大到小依次为烧结温度、保压压力、保温时间;同时烧结温度对胎体的硬度、抗弯强度和磨耗比有非常显著的影响,保压压力对硬度和抗弯强度有显著的影响,而保温时间对胎体的力学性能没有显著的影响。通过断口形貌可知,随着温度的升高,晶粒在长大,出现小韧窝,宏观表现为抗弯强度的提高。Hot press sintering process parameters have a great influence on the mechanical properties of diamond tool matrix,and the optimum sintering process can improve the performance of diamond tools.Experimental result shows that the sensitivity of the matrix effects of the mechanical properties is sintering temperature,holding pressure,holding time in descending order.The sintering temperature also influences on the matrix hardness,flexural strength and abrasion ratio significantly,the packing pressure has a significant effect on the hardness and bending strength,and the holding time does not affect on matrix mechanical properties significantly.The fracture morphology shows that with the increase of the temperature,the crystal grain grows up,the small tough nest appears,and the macro performance is the improvement of the bending strength.
