摘  要:随着超硬材料工业金刚石的应用越来越广泛,生产金刚石所需要的六面顶压机设备逐渐的规模化、大型化,市场竞争日益严酷,对生产金刚石的生产厂商来说,提高单产、质量、重复性是当前的重要问题。通过对比六面顶压机车间不同的环境温度所生产的工业金刚石的产量、质量、颜色、晶型,及所使用的合成功率的变化,总结合成人造工业金刚石所需要的生产车间温度范围,分析合成块重复性不一致的问题、锤耗冬季偏高的问题,提出提高合成工业金刚石的质量、产量、重复性,降低锤耗,进而综合提升生产工业金刚石的综合效益。With the more and more extensive applications of diamond in the superhard material industry,the hexahedron top press equipment needed for diamond production has gradually become large scale,and the market competition is increasingly severe.For diamond manufacturers,improving the unit yield,quality and repeatability is an important problem at present.According to the comparison of the output,quality,color,crystal form and synthetic power of industrial diamond produced by different environmental temperature in hexahedral press workshop,the temperature range of production workshop for synthetic industrial diamond is summarized.The problems of inconsistent repeatability of synthetic block and high hammer consumption in winter are analyzed so as to improve the quality,output and repeatability of synthetic diamond,to reduce hammer consumption,and to improve the comprehensive benefit of industrial diamond production.
