摘 要:目的:探索病例导入式教学法(CBS)融入传统教学模式在口腔住院医师规范化培训中的应用效果,为提升口腔住院医师规范化培训质量提供参考。方法:将2017年7月-2019年7月武汉市某医院120名参加口腔住院医师规范化培训的学员随机分为对照组(n=60)和实验组(n=60),对照组采用传统教学模式,实验组在此基础上融入CBS教学。通过理论考试、口腔临床技能考核、期末总评成绩、主观评价的方式进行教学效果综合评估。结果:实验组学员和对照组学员的理论考试成绩分别为(85.69±2.31)分、(79.33±3.30)分,口腔临床技能考核成绩分别为(87.8±5.85)分、(75.52±6.22)分,期末总评平均成绩分别为(86.19±1.82)分、(78.20±1.14)分,实验组学员在此3个方面分数均明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。带教老师对实验组学员总体评价高于对照组,实验组学员对CBS融入传统教学模式的方法和效果高度赞同和满意。结论:CBS融入传统教学模式能显著提高教学效果,激发学员学习的兴趣和主动性,有利于口腔规培学员掌握理论知识和临床技能,值得在口腔住院医师规范化培训中推广应用。Objective: To investigate the teaching effect of CBS(Case Based Study) in the standardized training of oral residents, to provide reference for improving the quality of standardized training of dental residents. Methods: 120 participants in the standardized training of residents were randomly divided into control group(n=60) and experimental group(n=60) in a hospital in Wuhan from July 2017 to July 2019. The control group received traditional teaching method only, and the experimental group integrated CBS teaching method on the basis of traditional teaching. Teaching effect was evaluated comprehensively through theory examination, clinical skill examination and subjective evaluation. Results: Theoretical test scores of the experimental group and the control group were(85.69±2.31) and(79.33±3.30) respectively, clinical skill test scores were(87.8±5.85) and(75.52±6.22) respectively, average score of final general evaluation were(86.19±1.82),(78.20±1.14) respectively. Scores of the experimental group were significantly higher than those of the control group(P<0.05). The comprehensive evaluation of the experimental group by teachers was higher than that of the control group. The students in the experimental group were highly satisfied with the combination of CBS and the traditional teaching. Conclusion: The combination of CBS and the traditional teaching mode can significantly improve the teaching effect and stimulate students’ interest in learning, which is worth popularizing in the standardized training of oral Residents.
