摘  要:随着技术的不断发展,知识共享的速度加快,知识产权的确权、流转和维权过程均存在着许多的问题。如何使用新兴技术解决知识产权面临的确权时间长、产权溯源弱和维权举证难等困境是知识产权领域现阶段的研究热点。区块链技术具有去中心化、去信任化、可追溯和防篡改的特性,在解决上述困境问题上能够发挥其独特优势。本文首先分析知识产权领域存在的问题,并引出区块链技术在知识产权领域中的价值体现,其次,从学术界、决策层和产业界对区块链技术与知识产权的研究进行详细梳理,然后,依托学术研究和产业应用,构建新型基于区块链技术的知识产权全生命周期管理模型。最后,提出基于区块链技术的知识产权未来研究方向。With the continuous development of technology and the speed of knowledge sharing,there are many problems with the process of identifying,transferring and defending in intellectual property(IP).It is a hot research topic in the field of IP to find out how to use emerging technologies to solve the difficulties of IP,such as the long time to secure the property,the weakness of property traceability and the difficult of proving the property.Blockchain has the characteristic of decentralization,trustlessness,traceability and anti-tampering,which can play a unique advantage in solving the above dilemmas.This paper firstly analyzes the problems in IP,and elicit the embodiment of the value of blockchain in IP.Secondly,it analyzes in detail the research on blockchain and IP from academic,decision-making and industry,and then builds a new type of full life-cycle management model of IP based on blockchain by relying on academic research and industrial applications.Finally the future research direction of IP based on blockchain is proposed.
