摘 要:狭翅大刀螳是一种重要的资源昆虫,集药食用、生物防治和观赏价值于一体,具有重要的经济意义,亟需人工养殖以满足日益增长的市场需求。本文通过室内饲养观察研究狭翅大刀螳室内生物学特性及其在不同温度下的发育阶段及各个阶段的死亡率。结果表明在三种温度(22℃、26℃、30℃)下螳螂的龄期相同,若虫期皆为7龄,22℃条件下螳螂若虫历期与26℃及30℃存在显著差异;狭翅大刀螳在3种不同温度下(22℃、26℃、30℃)累积死亡率分别为68.00%、54.00%、78.00%;产卵率分别为0.00%、50.00%、50.00%;孵化率分别为0.00%、96.77%、100.00%。表明温度为26℃时适宜饲养狭翅大刀螳,此外本文对狭翅大刀螳卵及成虫形态进行描述,为野外识别和鉴定狭翅大刀螳及卵鞘提供理论依据。Tenodera angustipennis is an important resource insect,can be used as.It has important economic significance,and it is urgent to develop artificial breeding technology to meet the increasing demand of the market.This article observed biological characteristics of T.angustipennis and recorded their developmental stages and mortality rates under different temperatures.The results showed that the instar of mantis was silimar at three temperatures(22℃,26℃and 30℃),which had seven instars.The developmental time of T.angustipennis nymphs at 22℃developed slower than those mantis at 26℃and 30℃.Under three different temperatures(22℃,26℃,30℃),the cumulative mortality rate of T.angustipennis were:68.00%,54.00%and 78.00%,respectively,the spawning rates of T.angustipennis were 0.00%,50.00%,and 50.00%,respectively;and the hatching rates of T.angustipennis were 0.00%,96.77%,and 100.00%,respectively.This result showed that the temperature of 26℃was suitable for the artificial breeding of T.angustipennis.In addition,the morphology of eggs to adults could provide a theoretical basis for field identification of T.angustipennis.
