摘　　要：针对特种PVC树脂厂区集散式控制系统(DCS)存在的问题,提出了新增硬件、分离软件控制程序的改造思路。通过优化原有控制程序,调整了改造前不完善的联锁结构,解决了部分阀门的手动控制等问题,大大降低了控制器占用率,满足了软件、硬件的扩容需求。Aiming at the problems existing in the distributed control system(DCS)in special PVC resin plant,a transformation plan,i.e.adding new hardwares and separating software control program,was put forward.The original control program was optimized,and the imperfect interlocking structure was adjusted.Thus,the manual control of some valves was solved,the occupancy rate of the controller was greatly reduced,and as a result,the expansion demand of software and hardware was satisfied.
