摘 要:对高频摆动工况下自润滑关节轴承GE20-1的故障分析显示:织物自润滑衬垫和内圈球面镀硬铬涂层耐磨损性能不佳,出现偏磨现象;磨损严重处衬垫磨穿,内圈球面涂层仅剩1~2μm。为提升轴承耐磨损性能,采用了PTFE纤维面密度约20.1%的CD2#衬垫与内圈球面硬质合金涂层相组合的改进方案,改进轴承GE20-2经1500 h寿命试验和300 h试飞考核,结果表明其可100%满足“寿命试验1500 h或飞行300 h轴向游隙不大于0.25 mm”的要求,轴承使用性能显著提升。The fault analysis of self-lubricating spherical plain bearings GE20-1 under high-frequency oscillating conditions shows that the fabric self-lubricating liner and hard chrome-plated coating on spherical surface of inner rings have poor wear resistance,and eccentric wear occurs.At severe worn position,the liner is worn out,and the thickness of coating on spherical surface of inner rings is only 1~2μm.In order to improve wear resistance of the bearings,the improved scheme of liner CD2#with 20.1%of PTFE fiber surface density and cemented carbide coating of spherical surface of inner rings is used.1500 h life test and 300 h flight assessment test show that the improved bearings GE20-2 can 100%meet the requirements of“life test 1500 h or flight 300 h,axial clearance is not more than 0.25 mm”,and the service performance of the bearings is significantly improved.
