摘 要:用扫描电子显微镜及能谱仪观测从中性溶液中吸附铀的中毒树脂及再生树脂的微观形貌,分析树脂中毒原因及再生效果。结果表明:中毒树脂表面污染物较多,呈胶体包裹、颗粒及絮状沉积状态;污染物的主要成分是Mg、Al、Ca、Fe、Si等;用1.0 mol/L NaOH溶液再生可有效去除中毒树脂表面沉积物,但对孔道内部的杂质去除效果不佳。实际生产中,需进一步优化中毒树脂的再生工艺。The micromorphology of poisoned resin and regenerated resin for adsorbing uranium from a neutral leaching solution of uranium ore was analyzed by scanning electron microscope and energy spectrometer.The poisoning cause and regeneration effect of the resin were discussed.The results show that some pollutants,such as colloidal,fine solid or other deposits,exist on the poisoned resin surface,and the pollutants are composed of Mg,Al,Ca,Fe,Si and so on.By using NaOH solution(1.0 mol/L)to regenerate the poisoned resin,the pollutants on the resin surface can be removed effectively.However,the pollutants inside poisoned resin can not be completely removed.During actual production,further optimizing the regeneration process or selecting another regenerant is necessary.
