优质强化护理用于超声乳化白内障手术患者的效果分析

摘　　要：目的分析优质强化护理对超声乳化白内障加植入人工晶体术后患者的效果。方法方便选择2016年11月—2017年11月该院收治的白内障患者286例(患眼422只)作为研究对象,将患者采用随机数字表法分为对照组143例208只眼和观察组143例214只眼,对照组采取一般护理措施,观察组采取优质强化护理措施。比较两组患者手术时间、术后视力、术后护理满意率及并发症。结果观察组患者手术时间(12.78±5.05)min短于对照组的(15.42±4.85)min,差异有统计学意义(t=4.509,P<0.05);观察组患者术后视力为(0.67±0.32),明显高于对照组患者的(0.53±0.19),差异有统计学意义(t=4.499,P<0.05);观察组患者患眼出现并发症(角膜水肿、前房出血、脉络膜脱离、后囊破裂、黄斑水肿)的总发生率5.14%低于对照组的21.63%,差异有统计学意义(χ^2=24.934,P<0.05);观察组患者护理满意度为92.31%显著高于对照组的82.52%,差异有统计学意义(χ^2=6.228,P<0.05)。结论优质强化护理用于超声乳化白内障加植入人工晶体患者,可缩短手术时间,提高术后视力恢复,并发症发生情况低,患者对护理满意度高,患者康复效果更理想。Objective To analyze the effect of high quality intensive care on patients after phacoemulsification and cataract implantation.Methods A total of 286 cataract patients(422 eyes)admitted to our department from November 2016 to November 2017 were conveniently selected as the research objects.The patients were divided into 143 cases of 208 eyes in the control group and 143 cases for 214 eyes in the observation group using a random number table method,the control group took general nursing measures,and the observation group took high quality intensive nursing measures.The operation time,postoperative visual acuity,postoperative care satisfaction rate and complications were compared between the two groups.Results The operation time of the observation group was(12.78±5.05)min,which was shorter than the control group’s(15.42±4.85)min,the difference was statistically significant(t=4.509,P<0.05);the postoperative visual acuity of the observation group was(0.67±0.32),which was significantly higher than the control group’s(0.53±0.19),the difference was statistically significant(t=4.499,P<0.05);the total incidence of complications(corneal edema,anterior chamber hemorrhage,choroidal detachment,posterior capsule rupture and macular edema)in the observation group was 5.14%lower than that in the control group(21.63%),the difference was statistically significant(χ^2=24.934,P<0.05);the observation group’s patient satisfaction with care was 92.31%,which was significantly higher than the control group’s 82.52%,the difference was statistical significance(χ^2=6.228,P<0.05).Conclusion High quality intensive nursing for patients with phacoemulsification and cataract implantation with intraocular lens implantation can shorten the operation time,improve postoperative vision recovery,low complications,high patient satisfaction with nursing,and better rehabilitation results.
