中西医结合治疗儿童鼾症的临床效果分析

摘　　要：目的探讨对儿童鼾症行中西医结合治疗的临床效果。方法方便抽取2018年12月—2019年12月之间该院接受治疗的鼾症患儿(108例),并按数字随机表的方法分为两组(对照组和实验组),各54例。在此期间患儿接受治疗的过程中,对照组给予阿莫西林克拉维酸钾+孟鲁司特+糠酸莫米松鼻喷雾剂的治疗措施,实验组给予中药汤剂+孟鲁司特+糠酸莫米松鼻喷雾剂的治疗措施,对比两组临床效果。结果实验组患儿接受治疗后的总体有效率为87.04%(47例),高于对照组为68.52%(37例),差异有统计学意义(χ^2=5.357,P=0.021);实验组患儿用药后不良反应的发生率为5.56%(3例),低于对照组为25.93%(14例),差异有统计学意义(χ^2=8.447,P=0.004)。结论对于儿童鼾症,给予中药汤剂+孟鲁司特+糠酸莫米松鼻喷雾剂的中西医结合治疗,能够获得更加理想的治疗效果。Objective To explore the clinical effect of combined Chinese and Western medicine on children with snoring.Methods A sample of children with snoring who received treatment in the hospital(108 cases)was conveniently selected and divided into two groups(control group and experimental group)according to the number random table method,with 54 cases in each.The experimental study period was between December 2018 and December 2019.During the treatment of the children,the control group was given amoxicillin clavulanate potassium+montelukast+mometasone furoate nasal spray;the experimental group was given traditional Chinese medicine decoction+montelukast+mometasone furoate nasal spray to compare the clinical effects of the two groups.Results The overall effective rate of children in the experimental group after receiving treatment was 87.04%(47 cases),which was higher than 68.52%(37 cases)in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(χ^2=5.357,P=0.021);the incidence of adverse reactions after medication in the experimental group was 5.56%(3 cases),which was lower than that of the control group,which was 25.93%(14 cases),the difference was statistically significant,the difference was statistically significant(χ^2=8.447,P=0.004).Conclusion For children with snoring,the combined treatment of traditional Chinese medicine decoction+montelukast+mometasone furoate nasal spray can achieve a more ideal therapeutic effect.
