低离子凝聚胺开展交叉配血试验在输血检验中的应用效果分析

摘　　要：目的分析凝聚胺介质交叉配血试验在输血检验中的应用效果。方法便利抽选2019年1月—2020年1月在该院输血治疗的74例患者,以双盲法划入参照组(n=37)与研究组(n=37)。交叉配血试验中,参照组使用常规盐水介质法,研究组使用低离子凝聚胺技术,比较不规则抗体和假阳性率。结果研究组交叉配血试验的时间均值是(3.42±1.31)min,参照组交叉配血试验的时间均值是(6.94±1.27)min,相较而言研究组的交叉配血试验检测时间较短,与参照组对比差异有统计学意义(t=5.940,P<0.05)。研究组患者检测的阳性率、灵敏度、准确度均高于参照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论输血检验中以低离子凝聚胺介质开展交叉配血试验,能够缩短试验的时间,且阳性检出率、准确率均相对较高,操作方式简单、快捷,能够为临床输血安全提供可靠依据。Objective To analyze the effect of polybrene medium crossmatch test in blood transfusion testing.Methods A selection of 74 patients who were treated by blood transfusion in the hospital from January 2019 to January 2020 were divided into the reference group(n=37)and the study group(n=37)by double-blind method.In the crossmatch test,the reference group used conventional saline medium method,and the research group used low-ion polybrene technology to compare irregular antibodies and false positive rates.Results The mean time of the crossmatch test in the study group was(3.42±1.31)min,and the mean time of the cross match test in the reference group was(6.94±1.27)min.Compared with the study group,the detection time of the cross match test was shorter,compared with the reference group,there was a statistical difference(t=5.940,P<0.05).The positive rate,sensitivity and accuracy in the study group were higher than those in the reference group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The cross-matching test with low-ion polybrene medium in blood transfusion test can shorten the test time,and the positive detection rate and accuracy rate are relatively high.The operation method is simple and fast,which can provide a reliable basis for clinical blood transfusion safety.
