摘　　要：引入智能机器人技术,将极大提高图书上下架的工作效率,拓展参考咨询服务的时空限制。在建设智慧图书馆的过程中,采用图书自动存取机器人及IM咨询机器人系统对传统图书馆的基础设施和服务进行改造,在分析这些系统原理和优缺点的基础上,可得出图书自动存取技术和IM咨询系统最适应图书馆管理系统,且图书自动存取机器人技术可解决图书馆智能机器人技术的瓶颈问题,推动图书馆向智慧图书馆转型升级。The introduction of intelligent robot technology will greatly improve the efficiency of book loading and unloading,and expand the time and space constraints of reference consulting services.In the process of building a smart library,the system of book automatic access robot and IM consulting robot is used to transform the infrastructure and services of the traditional library.Based on the analysis of the principles,advantages and disadvantages of these systems,it can be concluded that the book automatic access technology and IM consulting system are most suitable for library management system,and the book automatic access robot technology can solve the bottleneck problem of library intelligent robot technology,and promote the transformation and upgrading of library to smart library.
